Danny Drinkwater alongside Petr Cech played alongside the Chelsea development squad (u-23) against Tottenham Hotspur yesterday.
While Petr Cech was able to maintain his composure throughout the game, Drinkwater couldn’t.
The former Leicester City midfielder performed a dangerous tackle on a Tottenham Hotspur player in an attempt of revenge after he was fouled few seconds earlier.
It was very unprofessional for a player who should have known better and the referee didn’t hesitate to show him out with a red card.
