Chelsea defeated West Ham United 3-0 yesterday to get back in track in the Premier League after loosing two games in a row.
It was not a vintage performance as the scoreline suggest but the Blues did, keep a cleansheet and prevented West Ham from having a shot on target.
The blues were without Hakim Ziyech and Reece James who were out due to injuries and were replaced by Pulisic and Azpilicueta in their respective wings.
The blues also suffered an injury setback few minutes into the game when Chilwel twisted his ankle and was replaced by Emerson however, all these didn’t stop them from making their mark as Thiago Silva opened the scoring for Chelsea just after 10 mins with a powerful header on a Mason Mount’s corner kick.
Chelsea had an impressive first 20 mins but after that West Ham quickly took control of the game but Chelsea’s defence ensured the hammers got nothing from it.
At about the 77th minute Abraham then score two goals in two minutes to secure all three points for Chelsea.
