After a disappointing for first half show from the Blues against Southampton as we were left trailing by one goal, Tuchel responded by bringing in in-form Callum Hudson Odoi at the break to replace Tammy Abraham.
Hudson Odoi entered the game and started playing as a false nine but mostly switch positions with Mason and Werner making it look like a fluid attack.
Odoi’s involvement was quickly seen as his through ball to Mason Mount lead to the penalty for the equaliser but after the goal, the 20 years old academy graduate failed to continue with the energy and was poor in some decision making in that final third.
In search for a winner, Tuchel introduced Ziyech into the game but surprisingly took off Hudson Odoi who only entered at halftime.
Odoi came out but didn’t look pleased about Tuchel’s decision and even kicked a bottle in frustration.
While sitting in the bench you could tell from his body language that he was kind of furious inside.
