Tuchel has confirmed that the Rudiger and Kepa incident is all cleared up and sorted out already by them.
The boss feels it’s normal for tension to rise at times and the way it’s handled afterwards is what really matters, admitting he is impressed by the way both players handled the situation afterwards.
When asked if they will be punished for their actions, Tuchel comfirmed the they won’t for now.
What exactly did Tuchel say? Read below
No punishment so far because of the way they dealt with it. The reaction was immediate, they made it clear for everybody what happened. Toni sorted out it directly which was nessecary. It was a strong and brave thing to do and the right thing to do. It cleared the air immedaitely and made it clear to the club and me that we were happy with how they dealt with it. These are things we don’t like to accept but for this situation, there will be no more punishment.
