(Video) How Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech combine to score exactly same type of goal between either halves against City

Thomas Tuchel before the game hinted on the possibility of using two forwards in Chelsea but no one expected him to actually do it against City.

The German tactician however deployed Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech up front today with Mason Mount a bit deeper in a 3-5-2 formation and it seems to have worked out perfectly.

The pair (Timo & Hakim) combined beautiful during the game especially in counter attacks.

They got one goal combining together early in the first half but Werner was ruled out during the build-up to the goal.

The pair however didn’t relent as they combined beautiful again early in the second half in an almost exact fashion to actually get a goal that stayed and ended up to be the winning goal.
