Thomas Tuchel is now the man in the Chelsea hotseat having taken over from Frank Lampard. The former Blues boss paid the price for poor results having been allowed to spend big in the summer.
Several of his new signings haven’t fired which underlines the need to get recruitment right at Stamford Bridge.
Tuchel will inherit a star studded squad but, as with any managerial change, there will be winners and losers.

Tuchel happy with squad
Tuchel has no plans to make any last minute signings this month having arrived at the start of the week.
The German has inherited a squad but appears content to work with it for the remainder of the season.
“No, [no gaps to fill] but it is hard for me to judge right now,” he said when questioned on possible arrivals.
“I am very happy with what I have seen so far.
“N’Golo Kante came back today so we have 22 players and the goalkeeper.”
Gilmour seeks late exit
Chelsea youngster Billy Gilmour is looking to head out on loan before the end of the January transfer window, reports the Daily Mail .
The midfielder burst onto the scene last term and caught the eye in an FA Cup win over Liverpool last season.
He is highly-rated in west London, but as the club struggle for results experience has often come before developing players.
As such Gilmour has found minutes hard to come by an may seek a temporary exit in order to keep improving and stake his case for future involvement.
Blues remain in Alaba chase
Chelsea remain in the hunt to sign David Alaba from Bayern Munich this summer.
The defender will soon be out of contract in Bavaria and there a plenty of clubs linked with his services.
Real Madrid and Liverpool are two of the teams tipped to pursue the Austrian, but Sky Sports understands that the Blues are in the mix.
