Chelsea will take on Manchester City on Saturday in the Champions League Final.
The Blues have defeated the Citizens twice already this season, in the Premier League and FA Cup.
Chelsea have defeated some other big names this season when no one expected including Laliga Winners, Atletico Madrid and runner up, Real Madrid.
They have seem to triumph when everyone sees them as the underdogs and Antonio Rudiger feels that could be an advantage for Chelsea in the finals as many are already seeing the Citizens as favorites.
Rudiger believes being the underdog takes the pressure off and brings the opportunity to turn things around.
What Rudiger Said:
If we look back at the season, Brighton, Southampton or Leeds, everyone was saying they’re must-win games and yet we dropped points. Then, on the other hand, when we played City, Real & Atletico, people said it would be tough and the underdog role suits us very well
Somehow it takes the pressure away from you because people expect you to fail, to lose and then you turn around those expectations.
Do you think Rudiger is correct about being an at advantage?
