Our new boy already feeling a-home.
Could hear him controlling in the middle, calling Alonso..”marcos-marcos”.

Saul in the spotlight
Hitting the ground running will be crucial for Saul, especially if he has ambitions of signing for Chelsea permanently at the end of his spell.

The Premier League does not wait around for anybody, no matter their quality or status.

But from the brief clip, it appears the 26-year-old is up to the task.

Perhaps the most striking feature of Saul’s introduction to the side was his vocal attributes.

He could be heard talking to his colleagues, giving them instructions or orders.

This, combined with a few physical commands, demonstrated a mature and experienced campaigner.

Thomas Tuchel appreciates leaders; adding another to his squad will please him greatly.

Not to mention recruiting a genuinely world-class player, who knows how to perform on the grandest of stages.

Saul could well make his Chelsea debut at Stamford Bridge against Aston Villa next weekend.

Blues, you better be ready.
